For Cornelia, it's going to be 470 North 14th Avenue. There's a dog that's been sitting inside of a vehicle for six hours. They say it just stays in the car all day, doesn't get fed or watered, not barking. It's tied up inside with the windows open and a gold-dressed sedan with tinted windows, a gray pit bull.
