It's going to be a suspicious person complaint in front of the post office 226 Teal Ave at Lynch and Canal. 085, it's a 40s black male wearing a white t-shirt, gray sweatpants, carrying something in his hand, was shouting at the caller, following him around. Seen heading southbound on Teal towards Erie and 22-22.
