144. Can you start towards 308 Ridge Street? 308 Ridge Street, the food master. Got a call that a reckless driver was just going through the intersection there. It's either black or blue sedan that went up onto the sidewalk, went through the red light, turned perpendicular across the traffic, and almost hit three cars. It's now parked in front of that location. The driver is a male, approximately 18 to 25 years old. Wearing a, looks like a t-shirt and some jeans, unknown colors.
