Alright, new to the board in 1, we have a disturbance, 1212 South Michigan, Michigan and Roosevelt at the subway. Caller states he gave a man a cup of, to put water in and he's putting other things besides water, male black, black t-shirt, jeans. If anybody's in the area, they can check that out.
