Thank you. 2134 West 81st. Caller advised that there is something like cardboard wrapped up next to her vehicle. Advised that she saw a foreign male who went near it, walked away with a suitcase. I did do a call back. It is still there. She just wants it removed if able. Not in her yard or in her trash can though. It's going to be 4308.
