16505 Lindsay, mental, violent, armed. 16505 Lindsay, mental, violent, armed. Female caller said mother's bipolar, schizophrenic, severe depression. She's throwing items away violently and told her she's going to kill her female. Caller says she is armed with a gun as well. Black female, light complexion, wearing army fatigue outfit.
