Lancaster 113 to handle, 415 family, 4774 West Avenue, L, Lincoln, 8. Informant let three children go with friend and father, sister, female, Black, 23, saw friend and kids, female, Black, 6, and female, Black, 3, and female, Black, 1, all named in the call at Walmart, 44665 Valley Central Way, and took the children. Occurred at 1600 hours. Informant stated she does not know where DP lives, and DP's refusing to give her info.
