Copy and thank you. Clark and West 47th. Call came down at 1225 today. Caller advised that she let her uncle use her vehicle on Friday. He never brought it back. She found her vehicle here. Three bullets on the door, and there's also a bloody $20 bill ripped in half. He is convicted felon. Caller wanted us to check cameras and collect the property from the vehicle. I attempted a call back to see if she was still on scene. I got no response.
