Going to be for the sex offense out at 793 56th Avenue South. 793 56th Avenue South. Complainant did have a subject that was masturbating in front of her car. No weapons. Black male, 30 years old, 5'7", medium-build, no shirt, blue boxers with white shorts, white sandals, and a black or blue hat. That subject is now eastbound on foot on 56th Ave. Further if I get it at 23.
