Out at the Eastside Shopping Center, 2801 East Wash. Caller heard a female screaming and saw a male black pulling on them. Female was able to get away. This occurred by the dead end of Hermione Street. Caller believes that the male half is still around the shopping center. Male black, about 40, red shirt, blue jean shorts.
