3100, 3102, child complaint in progress. 4915 West Genesee Street. Looks like it'll be the Walnut West Apartments, building E as in Edward. The caller does not wish to meet. States there's a toddler that's been on the porch screaming for the last two hours and hasn't seen a parent. Unknown which apartment exactly. Believes it to be this building. There's possibly an open CPF case regarding these parties. And this toddler.
