It's going to be at the Meadow Lodge, 1843 North Hagedorn Road, going to be room 3030. Caller's brother, Michael Walsh, is staying here, and the caller has confirmed for his welfare. Says the staff's not taking care of him, his bed doesn't have bed rails, and he fell out of the bed. Caller doesn't know if he's off the floor or not at this time. We're going to be getting the medic started. Caller got this information from a third party that he was on the floor injured.
