Dispatch, 9805, copy call. 9805. Got to be at the Stewart's, 2002 2nd Ave. Caller states that there was a panhandler out front, black male, approximately 40, white shirt, white pants. Was there for about a half an hour, but as we were on the line, he did start running away. Just wanted to have you guys look at the area just in case. 2013.
