The trailer and truck were failing to maintain lanes, and the caller advised that the trailer appeared to have hit the wall several times near 44 and Glenstone, eastbound, east of. 4 Frank 11. 414. Uh, Stratford PD is currently in the area of I-44 and 125 to attempt to stop the vehicle. Apparently, they're trading.
