Units en route, disturbance in progress. in front of Soap Laundry at 112 South 16th, but says he's driving around the block, making contact with Caesar. We're trying to call a medic to see what color and type of vehicle he's in, but he called for road service and then canceled. Apparently the company showed up anyway. 65-year-old white male showed up in a red pickup with Pop-Lock and is now following.
