9411. 9411, outside of Dollar Tree, 2250 Sparkman Drive, made contact with a subject in a gray shirt, blue shorts, blue Crocs, has short brown hair. Advised he dropped his wallet about 30 or 45 minutes ago, and there's already been $1,100 charged on his credit card since it was lost.
