638 West 12th. 638 West 12th, in the alleyway for a suspicious person. Male, white, brown hair, no shirt, skinnier, has tattoos, gray and blue jeans. Apparently, he's been littering all day. He's sitting on a walker. Complainant wants something of a unknown, unknown intoxication or weapons.
