Sir, we're getting a call coming in at 368 East Monroe Street, in the back of the parking lot there. Anthony's calling in, believes someone is in his car. It's a Mercury SUV, black and blue in color. They are under the hood on the driver's side. No weapons. Caller is alone in the vehicle.
