6-45-33, menacing just occurred, 1700 West Onondaga Street at Providence House Apartments, apartment 306. Teresa Burks calling, states her neighbor, Katrina Kutura, 70-year-old white female in apartment 312, who uses a wheelchair, pulled out what looks like a knife and threatened her. The incident occurred just before calling. The suspects know and didn't use alcohol, and they're both back in their apartments at 1732.
