Units in the area of 1909 Highway 161, Proto Manor Apartments, we received a phone call from a male subject and stated a maroon vehicle with a black female driver and black male passenger. Black male pointed a handgun at him as he was passing by. Caller refused any further information, got irritated with our questions and hung up on us. Information at 1547.
