Go ahead. Were you UTL for the male throwing rocks on the roadway? That's right. I patrolled northbound, but I could see both sides and saw no one around to contact. Copy, we just got a second caller saying it's 385 North. There's a male on the road throwing stuff and acting erratic. Pink ball cap, athletic shorts. 16 copies. He'll be available in quarters.
