628 North Cumberland Street, zone 3304. It's a public assistance, 628 North Cumberland Street, between Old Street and West Metairie Avenue, zone 3304. Complainant advised her dog, a golden retriever, is wedged between the concrete and the tree root under the shed. Dog has been stuck for under two hours. Requesting a fire, may be able to assist. Dog is starting to have trouble to breathe. Fire alarm time, 1533.
