AC1, copy A22 in the area of Cooper and Meacham Run Court. Go ahead. In the area of Cooper and Meacham Run, caller advised there's a black Mercedes with a German Shepherd in the back. Has been there for about an hour or more. The sticker on the trunk of the Mercedes says, Tranquility and Peace. The 12 is going to be John Victor Sam 6985, JVS 6985. There is one rear window down about an inch, and the dog is panting.
