Units, BOLO for a reckless driver, road rage, alleged aggravated assault, area of 5th Avenue North and 49th Street North. Time lapse, 4 minutes. Two vehicles in front of the caller were beeping at each other. Then one of the vehicles took out a stun gun and zapped it at the other vehicle. One of the vehicles went westbound. The one with the zapper went southbound on 48th Street. It's a red Toyota RAV4, Florida tag Bravo Sierra 13 Papa X-ray. Driver's a White male or Hispanic male in his 50s. Both left the scene. Both went different directions. No one wants to be seen. 1550.
