14 and 11. Suspicious person, 3815 South Southwest Loop at Junior's Taqueria. White male, no shirt, blue shorts. Just on location. Said the male is acting real strange, told the caller not to call the police, but he thinks he's hiding from somebody. And he's been going behind the business, unknown direction after that. They do think he's on someone.
