I had a complaint of a suspicious male sitting outside of 203 Aspen Avenue Northwest. Female said he approached her to smell some lavender soap that he had for sale. She'd climbed several times. She finally left. She said when she did, he was sitting in front of the gas station. She didn't have a description, but she did say he had two bags with him. And I'll put her number on your teams.
