And units to follow for a reckless driver in the area of Central Avenue and 22nd Street. Time lapse now 5 minutes. It's a black Lincoln Navigator, newer model. Florida tag Yankee, 459 November. Headed eastbound on Central. Possibly code 2 driver. Blew through two crosswalks. Appears to be looping around looking for a parking spot. Driver's a tan-skinned male in his 40s with large shades on. The tag says, don't tread on me. Tag's registered out of Tampa. Nothing further. 1517.
