Regarding large groups of motorcycles and dirt bikes in the area. First was in the area of Court Street and Harding Street. Callers reported approximately, there were between 200 and 400 operators on motorcycles, dirt bikes, and four-wheelers, driving recklessly, doing wheelies. One of the callers confronted one of the bikers, making a comment about their activity, and they stated, do you want to get shot? They were last seen headed away from the city towards DeWitt. Second was in the area of 2 Ave and James Street. 100 people.
