404. Both cars take a disturbance. 5002 South 24th Street. 5002 South 24th Street. See caller Sam, the building owner, states two homeless parties need to be abandoned, barred, or sleeping on the steps. One refused to move and asked. No injuries, no weaponry, nor drugs. Suspects are a Hispanic male, 35-year-old, black pants and black shirt, no shoes, and Hispanic male in his 40s with a red shirt and khaki pants.
