Squad 5, we've got you on the call to check on a man down in the area of 2nd and Santa Fe. Public party says they saw a 30- or 40-year-old white male laying on top of a pile of stuff next to a white Chrysler van, described as 5'6", medium build, white shirt and jeans. He's got a beard. Police just arrived on scene.
