In reference to 5545, 5545 4th Street South, 5545 4th Street South, Cassie Edwards, call if necessary, about 5 minutes time lapse. Complainant states the child's dog was hit by a vehicle. The dog is not in the roadway. Complainant thinks the child needs some assistance, does not have a cell phone, and needs his parents contacted. He's Hispanic male, about 12 years of age, 4'6", thin-build, shirt with gold shorts. He's in front of this location. Caller's a witness. Caller's about to leave. It says there's no adult there with the kid. I'll complain if necessary. No further. 1431.
