236. 236. Both cars, check the 4500 block of Wakanda Parkway. 4500 block of Wakanda Parkway. On a suspicious person, criminal art caller. So there was a white male, brown hair, brown beard, white t-shirt, long pants with a backpack. Seemed to be under the influence, swinging his arms, couldn't walk in a straight line. Last seen southbound on Wakanda Parkway.
