Units responding, Walmart, 1307 Highway K, King. PD's arriving on scene. Caller advised approximately 35-year-old female backed into a vehicle, possibly due to a medical emergency. We received an additional call stating the patient may have had a seizure in the vehicle. She's currently reported conscious and alert. She'll be involving a white Kia Sportage and a white Dodge Band.
