Can you check the 3500 block of East College Avenue? I had Union Pacific advising they can see two subjects sitting on the railroad tracks on the bridge that goes over college. She stated that one is a white female wearing a red hoodie, the other is a white male wearing all black. Both appear to be in their 20s.
