So, we're receiving a stolen property complaint at 113 Hager Street in Beckley. Complainant's advising that a White female, 5'2", last seen wearing a halter top and black pants, hair in a bun, stole four sets of flowers from him. And he does have a video footage, advised neighbors actually saw this as well. Unknown weapons for a trial call.
