407 Broad Street. 407 Broad, off of West 4th, West 5th. There in front of Five Guys. RP's with building security. States that there's a Black female, approximately 50 years of age, in a brown sweatsuit, aggressively panhandling people on the sidewalk and coming into the restaurant. Says that she may be walking south at this time. Asking for officers to check it out. 75347, 85347.
