4C1, camera. Report of a pedestrian down, unknown perp, southbound 101 North of San Maria Way. The RP originally stated a pedestrian was lying on the shoulder with a towel over his head. Described as a green towel wear, and the party was wearing dark colored pants. RP is now advising the subject is leaning up against the center divide wall. Medic's been en route for cautionary. Yeah, sir.
