At the intersection of East Franklin Boulevard and Jemima Street, it's going to be a white male, no shirt, dark pants, walking in the middle of the street. He's walking westbound, no weapons seen at this time. He's walking into oncoming traffic. Cars are having a swerve around him. Control, I'll keep you clear of that one.
