Family Express, 3550 State Road 2. Complainant's advising male keeps coming in to attempt to buy alcohol. Caller has done several times. She cannot sell it to him. He's already intoxicated, driving a silver BMW. 28 provided, Edward Boy Victor 763. He's pulling out of the parking spot now. We're still getting further.
