East 14th and Sheridan. East 14th and Sheridan. Caller was a witness. Said a silver Honda CR-V left the roadway, went into the yard, hit a fence, and took off southbound ladder at a speed. Our caller followed it for a minute, but lost it. It got on the freeway and went westbound.
