I have a 361 en route, Gulf State Park Pier 20800 East East Beach Boulevard. For a back pain, 25-year-old male, conscious and breathing. Going to be located in the parking lot for a rapid air flooding right at the start of the pier wall. Advising he entered his bag, possibly ETOH on board. Going to be not responding normally with some difficulty breathing. He is a diabetic. Code 4 PD is en route. Advising stage.
