Ambulance 26 responding, 1501 Virginia Avenue, unit 102, Heritage Haven. Alarm company advised they spoke with the resident on location, advised that she slipped and fell in the living room, hurt her back and right shoulder. Front door is locked. Security has to open the door. VMRC security has been advised.
