Information, District 4 215 report, pending on Watt Avenue at Country Club Lanes. RP's a passerby, advising that the victim that was 15 for his 2022 red Toyota Prius, plate of 9 David Mary Tom 211, was taken out of the vehicle by 5 to 6 BMAs. He put it multiple times. Victim 23 in the parking lot.
