31. See the caller. Looks like they're going to be on Chateau Street, right at the ramp. Takes you under 65 to Beaver Avenue. Caller's going to be in a red Avenger. Said there were people threatening the caller with a sledgehammer, and those actors are circling the area. Vehicle's going to be a black GMC Sierra, Victor Delta Echo.
