Start for 732 Packard, 732 Packard, across of State and Arch. It's a construction site. Monitoring companies observing two white males in their 20s, one wearing a blue shirt and white shorts, another wearing a black sweater and gray pants. Entered the property off South State next to Domino's. There was an opening in the fence line and they're walking the property. Apparently this was within the last 10 minutes.
