Going to be a 370, 3939 Central Avenue for the colony of the states. RP is concerned due to an HMA, long hair, no shirt, blue pants, walking around the mobile home park with a concealed pocket knife. Negative 415, negative 417, is GOA on foot, still in the park. 10-4.
