134. 34. Standby, 136. 136. Both cars making sufficient activity over the time at 420 East McKinley, 420 East McKinley. Caller said in between this building and the one next door to the west, there's a white male, heavy set, shoulder-length blonde hair, wearing dark clothing. Been roaming around the last couple days, and now he's stumbling around the parking lot, possibly in a vacant apartment, looking around with a flashlight.
