Got a call at the QuikTrip, 208 East Main Street. We have a check person here. Our phase 2 only at this intersection. Our caller didn't know where he was, sounded confused. Said he broke his hand and has a concussion from a bar fight on State Street, but then disconnected, so we don't have other information.
