Respond to 10146 West Forest Home, apartment 27. 10146 West Forest Home, apartment 27. Meet with Teresa. Teresa called 911 and wouldn't say what she needed. Police, fire, medical. She woke a male in the apartment up who advised that she heard some loud noises, that she thought were gunshots, but now thinks it's a motorcycle. She is erratic and not answering questions.
