58 Chelsea 57, it's going to be 2490 East Shore Place, Edgewater Apartments, in front of building 8 Adam. It came in as a parking problem. However, RP is stating there's a verbal disturbance. RP is stating the subject's parked in this parking spot and he's refusing to leave.
